This is the fourth puzzle you'll encounter in Professor Layton and the Azran Legacy. To access this puzzle, you must interact with the brick chimney. In order to solve this puzzle, you must figure out which snowflake isn't falling on the screen.

[edit] Hints

Hint One
Trying to look at all the snowflakes at once will only end up making your head spin.

Examine them one at a time.

One way of telling the snowflakes apart is by looking at the star shape in the middle of each one.

Hint Two
The snowflakes may look the same at first glance, but each of the three types has its own characteristics.

Look at D, for example. In the very centre, it has a circle that's larger than the central point on any of the other patterns.

Remember this, then check to see if you can see any falling snowflakes with a similar central part.

Hint Three
Look closely at B, and you'll see that the spiky "M" shape repeated around its centre makes it quite a distinct snowflake.

Once you've eliminated the other possibilities, the one shape you haven't spotted in the sky so far must be your answer.

Super Hint
Are you getting tired of staring at the snowflakes?

This should narrow things down for you: B and D definitely represent some of the snowflakes falling through the sky.

That just leaves shapes A and C. Examine them carefully, and you'll soon have this puzzle solved!
