[edit] Hints

Hint One
To get Reggie to that centre spot, you'll first have to move him to a square that's in line with it - that is, above, below, left or right of the centre square.

Start out by sliding Reggie towards the block of ice.

Hint Two
Continuing from Hint 1, slide the green turtle in the top right downwards so that it bumps into the other green turtle below it.

Don't worry, there's a good reason for doing this!

Hint Three
If you followed the previous hints, it might be tempting to just slide Reggie down towards the centre. Unfortunately, you'll have to wait until another turtle is in the way, or you'll just send him shooting off into the water.

The first thing you need to do to put a turtle in place is slide that block of ice downwards to plug up the hole.

Super Hint
After filling the hole in the ice, the next step is to slide the big turtle to the right. The green turtle you moved in Hint 2 should prevent it from sliding off the ice and into the lake.

There should now only be two turtles remaining on the ice: the big turtle and Reggie.
