Beatrice is the Inn keeper of St. Mystere. She raises the alarm about Don Paolo's arrival and sends Professor Layton and Luke Triton on a quest to catch the person who did not pay their bill.

Beatrice is a full figured woman, who has short brown hair and a long nose. She wears a white pearl necklace, a salmon pink singlet, and a teal skirt. She also wears pink socks and black slippers.

Beatrice doesn't have a major plot other than giving puzzles to Layton and Luke to find out. However she does give information about Don Paolo, and gives a room each to both Layton and Luke.

Beatrice manages the town's only inn. She;s a kind lady, but she tends to fall head over eels for every man she meets. She claims she's outgrown her wild man-chasing, but robots don't really grow. Mothers, hide your sons!
