[edit] Plot

Chapter 1: The Mask of Chaos
Before heading back to the Carnival Square, Professor Layton and the group find Collette at the Carnival Arcade, who tells them she is a performer for the One-Ring Circus. They have had to cancel that day's show due to the activities of the Masked Gentleman, as some of their equipment was damaged, but kept on a happy face to cheer the tourists.

Chapter 3: The Battle of Monte d'Or
Collette is found in the same spot as she was the previous night by Professor Layton and the group, and expresses her worry for the city continually being damaged by the Masked Gentleman. People seem to go back to acting like nothing happened the previous night, and worries that one day it would get so bad that they wouldn't be able to do so. She then tells them that she saw some of the city's biggest names assessing the damage the Masked Gentleman had caused, but acting like nothing had happened. They were however, trying to pin the blame on each other and arguing, and Henry Ledore seemed to be among them.

Chapter 5: Miracles Unmasked
Collette tells Professor Layton and the group that she had heard about Alphonse Dalston's arrest, and that she doesn't think it makes sense, as he was having the time of his life at the circus the previous day. Layton tells her they too believe he is innocent, as Maurice had vouched for his innocence. Collette tells them that as soon as they caught the real criminal to give him a slap for her, and to ask him of any good tips for the elephants.

The group pass by Collette once again, and she recommends to them that they check out Pumpkin Park, as legend had it that the rides there had magical powers, such as if a couple rode the ferris wheel, they would get married. She tells Luke and Emmy to spread the rumors, and that even if they weren't true, to check out the funfair.

In a special episode, Tyrone is talking to Collette how they had another sold out show, and it was all thanks to Maurice. He notes how the posters had made him look fierce, when in reality he wasn't. Collette notes how Stumble did a great job in putting up the posters, but as far as Tyrone was concerned, he was only spreading around ludicrous rumors. He owed the success to his hard-working troupe, and says that Maurice was worth more than a hundred of his rabbits, but Collette keeps her faith in them. She notices it was time for Maurice to sleep, so she puts him to bed.

Chapter 7: The Reunion Inn
Professor Layton and the group find Collette on Chance Avenue, who was promoting the show. She asks if they were taking a look at the sights, but they couldn't as they were on investigation. She wondered if they couldn't do both at the same time, like she was doing. Layton figured she was like a walking advertisement for the show, while she looked around at the sights. She noticed how so many people were walking about, and was sad they couldn't tell which of them was the Masked Gentleman; she hoped he would be caught soon.
