The Hiltop Hotel is a location based in San Grio, seen in the game Professor Layton and the Azran Legacy. It is the most popular hotel on the island and is often fully booked. It is also the location where Professor Layton may access the Dream Suites.
The hotel itself is located past the entrance area, placed on top of a tall hill. The front entrance of the hotel leads into the lobby, which is the only accessible area of the building.
 Areas of Interest
The entrance is the area located outside the hotel building. The entrance itself is located a fair distance from the hotel, as the building is situated on top of a hill.
The area consists of a large entryway constructed over the path leading up to the hotel. A statue of an aquatic creature is built over the entryway, acting as a fountain with water spurting down the side into a small pond. A large palm tree with bananas is placed outside the entryway, and the large building resides at the top of the hill.
The lounge is the main lobby of the hotel, and is the only room in the building that can be explored. The player is able to access the Dream Suites from here if Barbara is handed a Suite Ticket, which are rewards that can be earned through Treasure Hunt at the cost of 10 points each.
The room consists of a large aquarium placed behind the back wall, with a variety of fish and aquatic life displayed inside. The reception counter is located to the right of the lobby, while a number of white sofas are placed around a small coffee table.
Chapter 4: The Hunt for the Eggs
Continuing their investigation into the whereabouts of the Aura Stone, Professor Layton and the group approach Martine are inquire her on its current location. She reveals that she was proposed to by her husband with it, and passed it on to a man who thought fondly of his daughter before their wedding. They then speak with Robin and Macaw, who seem to be hoarding popoños in order to find the true one. The group discover that a woman had tried to pass off a seemingly fake one to them, which they speculate was a decoy Leon Bronev had sent in order to test them.
Entering the hotel, they then inquire Amelie Chelmey on its whereabouts. She hints that a young woman selling popoño cakes had passed it on to her, and later attempted to pass it on to "two comedians" looking for it. However, she ended up passing it on to a nicer man at lunch time.
