Hint One
    Reread the information in the question and draw a diagram to work out everyone's ages. Start with the second eldest girl, who we know is nineteen, and work from there.

Hint Two
    There are three years between the second eldest girl and the eldest girl, which means the eldest is twenty-two.

Hint Three
    Continuing on from hint two...
    The eldest boy is four years younger than the eldest girl, which means that he must be eighteen.

Super Hint
    Continuing on from hint three...
    The eldest boy is three years older than the youngest boy, which means that the youngest boy must be fifteen. So how old is the person posing the question?

If you work in order from the second eldest girl, everyone's ages become apparent. She is nineteen, the eldest girl is twenty-two, the eldest boy is eighteen, the youngest boy is fifteen, and the person posing the question is also nineteen. She is the third girl in the family, and is the twin sister of the second eldest girl.
