[edit] Racetrack Entrance

The Racetrack Entrance leads into the Racetrack itself. From here, the player may choose to take the tram from here to either Pumpkin Park or the Reunion Inn. In the UK version, it is known as the "Racecourse Front".

The Racetrack Entrance has a large archway entry made of brick, with a flight of stairs leading into the racetrack. A booth is displayed at the entrance where viewers may bet on horses, while the other side of the entry displays the red booth for buying tram tickets. Tall bushes line the road leading towards the racetrack.

[edit] Plot

Chapter 5: Miracles Unmasked
Professor Layton, Luke and Emmy find their way to the racetrack in order to find more leads on the petrification incident. Gustav allows them to inspect his chariots, and the team discover that the chariots can be disassembled and carried out of the racetrack that way. After looking at the maintenance records, they discover a chariot had been taken out the day of the petrification incident and returned the following day, with Henry Ledore's approval. Layton deduces that this chariot had been used to transport stone statues that were put in the giant clown balloon in the parade, and that the accomplices were hidden among the maintenance workers when taking the chariot out.
