Rodney is a character from Professor Layton and the Curious Village, and the owner of the Town Hall. Rodney gives Layton and Luke a few puzzles. Rodney is also the person who tells the duo about Sylvain working in the sewer when the enquire about who is the caretaker of the Abandoned Park.

"Uptight and by-the-book, Rodney runs the Town Hall. He often weasels out of work by "strongly advising" people to do things without his help. He loves forms so much, it is rumoured he sleeps on them"

Rodney has short, light brown. He wears glasses with a blue rim. He wears a skin colored sweater, with a white undershirt and a purple tie. He wears brown pants and black shoes.

Although Rodney seems somewhat arrogant when the duo have their first encounter with him, Rodney eventually gets to know Professor Layton and Luke. His arrogance is not to be confused with how passionate he is about his job.
