Tanya is a minor character from Professor Layton and the Miracle Mask. She is often seen around Monte d'Or looking for her daughter Cookie, in which Professor Layton and the others often lend their aid to help reunite the pair.
Tanya wears a purple jacket over a white collared shirt. She also wears white pants and blue shoes, and has red hair.
Tanya gives you the following puzzles in Professor Layton and the Miracle Mask:
Chapter 1: The Mask of Chaos
During the festivities in Monte d'Or, Tanya is separated from her daughter Cookie, getting worried that she was on her own. After Luke finds her to reunite the pair, Tanya and Cookie head off and continue to enjoy the festivities.
Chapter 3: The Battle of Monte d'Or
Tanya once again gets separated from her daughter Cookie, so Professor Layton and the group help yet again to reunite the pair. Tanya is located at Carnival Square, and the two of them thank Layton and the others for helping them out again.
In a special episode, Tanya is once again looking for her daughter, and finds her at Guy's stall in Knickknack Alley, showing off the teddies for sale. Guy greatly appreciates the help he had been given, and gifts them with a free teddy.
Chapter 5: Miracles Unmasked
Professor Layton and the group find Tanya at Pumpkin Park, and has lost her daughter Cookie once again. She had told her to wait by the Pumpkin Spinners if they ever got separated, and so Layton offers if they can search for her. Tanya didn't want to bother him again, however, and suggested she would go look for her herself since the Masked Gentleman was to make an appearance.
Chapter 7: The Reunion Inn
Professor Layton and the group find Tanya on Knickknack Alley, who is looking for Cookie once again. She notes how Cookie couldn't seem to sit still, and Emmy notes how there was much to do to distract a child in Monte d'Or. Tanya seems to think she takes after her father, as he would give her many puzzles. She says that she told Cookie to wait for her at the Reunion Inn, and so Layton offers if they should go look for her. She tells them not to bother, as she had a great sense of direction and didn't talk to strangers.
"A single mother with a penchant for shopping, Tanya only seems to get the chance to enjoy the sights of Monte d'Or while on the lookout for her constantly vanishing daughter. Despite her extravagant spending, she's never in the red - lipstick excepted!"
